Primary reasons that are likely are heavy metal toxicity, ingested foreign bodies, mega-bacteria and more. A veterinary visit for radiographs and blood work is recommended. Ingestion of toxic compounds (zinc, lead, other foreign bodies), renal or liver disease, some viral disease.
