My budgie is vomiting seeds, green poop & urine. Is it liver disease?

This sounds like Piku is pretty ill and needs to be seen by a vet. Vomiting and lethargy are both very general signs of illness, and since birds are very good at hiding being sick, if Piku is showing visible signs he should be treated by a vet in person. In the meantime, keeping him in a warm hospital cage with access to food and water may help, but if the problem persists, vet care is needed.

With an all seed or heavy seed diet, fatty liver disease is possible which will not respond to the medications. Increasing protein and vitamins in the diet could help, as could an increase in dietary fiber. An avian veterinary visit is still recommended. Good luck.

Radiographs might help determine if ingestion of heavy metals (zinc, lead), infections, metabolic disease (liver, renal) and intestinal impactions. Blood work could help with the diagnosis or infection or renal/gonadal disease. All of these are common conditions in budgieregars. Good luck.

One mild concern would be a condition call chlamydophilosis, which can also be communicable to other birds and people. A veterinary visit is recommended anyways for any new acquisitions, and this disease should be tested. Monitor for now but see a veterinarian if the condition persists. Good luck.
