Hello, I do not believe you need to worry. Vitamin B is water soluble and therefore, in theory, any excess should be urinated out. I would recommend monitoring her for the day. It needs to be Vitamin K1; not Vitamin K3 or any others. It can hurt him if you don't give him the right dose as Vitamin K is stored in fat and can build up in the tissues. If too much is given, it can cause a toxicity. What poison do you think he ate? Vitamin K is only indicated if an anticoagulant poison was ingested.

I would recommend making the dog vomit. You can try hydrogen peroxide at home or take him to a vet for them to induce vomiting. Usually dogs will vomit if they ingested the pills in the last hour or two. Fultium is a vit D supplement. My concerns is that it might decrease the Calcium released by the body and interfere with the hyperparathyroid gland. If you cannot get her to vomit I would recommend taking her to a vet. It is very important to monitor her for eating,drinking, defecating and seizure activity. IF at any time she is acting abnormal or not herself I would highly recommend taking her to a vet.

Hello. Yes, you can overdose on SOME vitamins, but for the most part, excesses are easily excreted from the body. What is found in food & supplements like Cosequin are minimal & so would require massive amounts to cause an overdose. I feel that the Cosequin brand is an excellent product, & administering the recommended amount of any of the Cosequin products along with Oscar's food will never cause a problem.
