My bird's leg band cut circulation. Will its foot get circulation back?

Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 150 lbs

If a leg ring cut circulation off to my birds foot will it's foot get circulation back I don't want him to lose his foot

Thanks for reaching out about Mon Choo Choo and including photos. It is assumed the band was removed. If there is scar tissue below the band, constriction the blood flow, than that needs to be surgical released. The longer the foot goes without circulation, the more likely the tissue will die. If you pinch the toes, is there a pain response (withdrawing foot, vocalizing)? Test all 4 toes. A veterinary visit is recommended ASAP.
