My conure's leg turned black after getting tangled. What should I do?

I have a baby green cheek conure it’s leg got tangled with a string and didn’t notice until now it’s pretty bad the leg turned black

This may indicate compromised blood flow to the limb. It is possible Fidel may lose the leg. You'll need to have him examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian vet to determine if the leg can be saved. Have him seen today if you can, since infection can set in if the limb is "dead".
