Each of these have different means of diagnosis and possible treatments, therefore a veterinary visit is recommended. Chronic regurgitation can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, malnutrition, and more, making a veterinary visit even more expedient. Primary reasons that are likely are heavy metal toxicity, ingested foreign bodies, mega-bacteria and more. A veterinary visit for radiographs and blood work is recommended. Anti-emetic (anti-vomiting) medications can be given by injection, so might reduce/stop regurgitation, that can then allow oral medications to be given. Subcutaneous fluids might have to be given to maintain hydration. Were follow up radiographs taken after the initial ones? A gastrointestinal foreign body must still be considered. Good luck.
