Great question! It's is a very good idea to use sunscreen on Pablo this summer. I would recommend using Vetbasix, which is specially formulated for cats and dogs. You can get it in Australia online or in a pet store.

If it is a light colored like white or tan and has a pink pigment on the nose and the hair is thinner this is a good idea. Watch the ears also as they can be a problem if white haired also. Just be careful to get a safe dog version or a human one that does NOt contain zinc oxide as this can be hazardous if large amounts are swallowed

thanks for reaching out about Ms. Piggy. Do not place topical antibiotics such as neosporin on it as this can be toxic if ingested. Flour or baking soda can be used topically to help form a clot. Materials such as Quik Stop, used for bleeding toe nails is also caustic and will hurt/burn. If there is a mass there, a veterinary visit is needed as cysts or tumors are not uncommon on the ears. I would clean the wound with a good skin antiseptic like Hibiclens ( available at all pharmacies ) & clean at least twice a day. Then apply your spray. You should only give your pigs antibiotics for a medical reason diagnosed by a vet. Then the length and frequency of dosing will be determined by the severity and type of condition. Usually it involves a daily injection for 5 days up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately I cannot legally give you specific information about prescription drugs, but your vet will be able to advise you. There are various antibiotics and antinflammatories of use in swine.

This looks like an ear infection - may be due to yeast or bacteria or both. You really should consult with your veterinarian on this issue. It looks pretty severe so she will probably need some prescription medication to get this to clear up. In the meantime you can try an over the counter ear cleaner daily to help clean out the ear canal although this will not likely clear up the infection entirely.
