What can I use to help hair regrow on my pet's healed wound or scar?

What should I use on her cicatrised wound to make the hair grow faster? (She wad this for one year )

You will need to wait until the wound heals properly. You can put cod liver oil ointment, or Vitamin E ointment on the CLEAN wound area in order to help the skin regenerate. As for hair growth, time will tell, if there is any growth at all (it is possible that this will never grow back). You can feed Vitamin H (Biotin) to help with hair growth. This will also help with hoof quality.
