Dog Training Leashes

Our puppy is 9.5 weeks old , got him a week and a half ago . He is energetic . We put him on a harness and a leash . He’s just sits down and doesn’t want to move . We even tried to entice him with treats ,he barely goes for the treat , he just comes and sits on our lap not wanting to move , once we take off harness and leash , he is back to his playing self , trying for 3 days now , any tips . We let him be on Harness and leash without us controlling it , but he sits still or sleeps . Any tips ?

What would be the best tactics to train all 8 of my puppies who are 7 weeks old?

Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?

She's seven months and we're experiencing temperament/behavior problems. We think she's possessive aggressive, but she then randomly attacks family members' feet. "Ow/Ouch" and yelping does not work on her. We have her enrolled in training, but my family is getting scared of her because of how violent it's getting.

Had one 4 yrs from pup and other 3 yrs from pup.past 3/4 mths fighting but past week bad fighting so we need to keep separate though they will walk together and play at times. I’m getting very frustrated. I taught him how to use puppy pads, then I taught him to go to the door to tell me when he needs to potty, ever since he started lifting his leg, he just goes where he pleases & I correct him several times a day but still does it. He potties outside very nicely. I tried turfs, sprays & more but he will wants the puppy pads& I took those away long ago. I even trained my female and she uses the brilliant pad. He looks me straight in the face too. He’s too old for this.

I'm worried about my dog Ike. He hates other dogs and is hard to train. I think some of the reason behind this is that when he was a puppy he got attacked by a dog and he got injured. We tried taking him to a place where he could train with other dogs but we got kicked out because he would bark at the dogs and get really stressed. He is a little over weight because he is a border collie and a aussie mix and he has tons of energy but we can't let him out. Is there any advice?

What steps can I take to ensure my puppy does not develop protective tendencies around his treats? My previous dog developed this as he got older and would growl when you came near him while he had a treat, this being the only time hed ever show aggression. I was never able to break him of it and my current dog, Jeter, has not yet done this, but he has started to act weird recently when around treats and id like to stop this immediately. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Is it ok to give my 35lb dachshund-pitbull mix the petite greenies? Says intended for 5-15lb dogs. I got them as a gift when he was a puppy but obviously couldn’t give it to him then and he has not outgrown them!

My dog Zeus has recently developed a fear over getting his claws clipped, I have tried restraining and also letting him come to me on his own but he is just to afraid. I have contacted the local veterinarian hospital and they want to charge over $200. I have some training in veterinary assistance and am fully capable of trimming his nails myself. Is there an at home medication I can give him to do this myself? He is about 85 pounds. I also already have trazadone if that is a suggestion.
