Have an older pitbull who got super sad and unhappy everytime I brushed her teeth. Tried this toy, now she gets all spunky when I get the toothpaste out! Took a little training; started by putting toothpaste just on the top side and holding it - praising her when she licked/chewed. Once she was getting those back teeth like I wanted, and not just licking the paste off, I let her hold it and chew. Always supervised telling her gentle when she starts going pitty-style on it, and for limited time so the bone lasts (shes a strong chewer, like rocks strong).

Unfortunately my dogs didn’t even touch it. Thought this would be a great way to clean my dogs teeth but they just look at it and like it and leave it alone
