Is it okay for me to give my Syrian salted sunflower seeds, and how many a day?

Salted sunflower seeds would not be recommended. Too much salt is not healthy for a hamster. You can offer plain, unsalted seeds instead. 5 or 6 shelled sunflower seeds make an acceptable occasional treat.
