My rabbit has a strange bump on its skin. Is it a pimple or cyst?

Although a picture of it would help to give you a more specific answer, this lump/bump/growth should be ideally examined by your local vet to have a diagnosis established. Usually vets want to perform an FNA (fine needle aspiration) or a biopsy to sample the bump and determine its underlying nature. Differentials would include skin cysts, infections, benign or more malignant type of tumors. It's probably nothing to worry about. You can use a Benzoyl peroxide topical cream or an antiseptic cream in order to help it resolve quicker, but otherwise it should resolve itself without treatment.

Thanks for reaching out about Bobbie. Not sure if this could be a wart-like growth, a teratoma (tumor) or something more problematic. Does it seem to be bothering her or painful? If so a veterinary visit is recommended. Otherwise monitor for increasing in size. Good luck.

This lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

No idea without seeing Bunnicula (great name btw!), but this could potentially be an abscess, which is common in rabbits and sometimes contagious to other rabbits. I'd visit your nearest rabbit veterinarian who can take a sample of the swelling to examine under a microscope to give you a diagnosis and come up with a plan
