My rabbit is seizing. Is it from roach poison or eating a dead roach?

Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 4 lbs

My rabbit is having seizures I don't know if he was exposed to poison because we sprayed poison around the corners of the house because of roaches. Could he have eaten a dead roach in his food? And what can give him or what can I do?

It's very likely to be the poison you sprayed in the house, you need to take Thumper to the vet urgently, he will need to be given supportive treatment, mainly fluid therapy in order to flush the toxin from his system.
