You really need to get the infection examined by a vet if this is possible, because this could be a bacterial and not fungal infection. Ideally the lesion should be cultured. Antibiotics can be very dangerous for rabbits so it's really important to get the right diagnosis and the right medication before treating him.

If the wound will not heal or grows larger, then she should be physically examined by your veterinarian. A fungal culture would be needed to diagnose ringworm infection. If you see her licking or chewing, use an e-collar. Keep her nails trimmed to prevent trauma from excessive scratching. This is most likely Scabies (a mite infestation), this can become much more severe than that, i recommend taking him to the vet ASAP, he will need an injection of ivermectin (3 times one week apart), this should resolve the problem within 2-4 weeks.

First of all, ringworm is highly contagious. If this is a classroom pet I strongly suggest you don't let any children handle Clover until this has cleared up. Ringworm can take months to completely clear but I would say the average is ~4-6 weeks. Number two, you need to be careful putting medications near an eye. Most topical medications are toxic to ocular tissues. If the medication gets in the eye you will end up with a worse problem. Ringworm is not deadly so I don't think you need to return him but you should consider getting him to a vet for an actual diagnosis. Can be but may not be. Your vet can use a woods lamp to see if it glows green. If it does then it is ringworm. If it does not then it still can be ringworm but may not be. There is a fungal test to confirm if it is or not. Does anyone in your home have lesions? I would also recommend skin scraping the area looking for mites if it is just hairloss and not scabbing also. Mia needs to have a vet physically examine this area and the rest of her to see exactly what is going on. Ringworm can be treated topically if just one location with an anti-fungal cream. I also recommend ecollars after applying the cream so they do not lick the areas. If it is more than one location then I recommend oral anti-fungal medications.
