My rabbit has started eating her wooden litter shavings+newspaper, is it worth switching to the wooden pellets?

Hi there, and thank you for your question. There is a definite risk of a gastric or intestinal obstruction with ingestion of litter, so I would recommend switching to a bedding type that she will not eat.

This may be a bit of trial and error to find the right bedding, but I would suggest trying Carefresh, or Yesterday's News as safe, non-toxic options.

I hope this helps, and that Mistle is otherwise happy and healthy!
