What's wrong? My hamster has hair loss, stomach hole, leg not moving.

A hamster that is walking slow is usually a very bad sign, it's a general sign of weakness and severe illness. the other symptoms could be caused by a mite infestation, ringworm or hormonal disease. i would recommend taking him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.

External parasites such as mites or fleas are possible, as are bacterial skin infections. Try cleaning the area with a mild soap. Fur can also be lost due to external parasites, such as mites, which are microscopic and cause itching. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a treatment plan. It is a little difficult to see in the photo, but there is what appears to be a small area of scabbing and hairloss, both of which are patchy on the hip. This can be caused by a skin infection, certain cancers, fungal infections, or skin mites which are very common in hamsters. These mites live within the hair follicles rather than cage surfaces, so cleaning the cage will not get rid of any of the possible causes. Mochi should be seen by a vet who can perform some quick tests on this area of skin to determine the underlying cause and start her on the appropriate treatment. In the meantime, to keep her more comfortable, you can gently trim her nails to keep her from traumatizing herself as she scratches. I hope this helps!

I am sorry that sesame isn't himself right now. My biggest concern is that something is causing the crust in the hair on his rear end. He potentially could have a wound, skin infection, parasites or even diarrhea. The hair is likely falling out secondary to this dried debris and him potentially chewing. I would strongly recommend you contact your veterinarian for an exam so they can figure out what is causing the fur to stick together in the first place and possible medications if needed.
