My hamster is dragging its back leg. Should I be worried about injury?

My one month old hamster is dragging her left foot in the back should I be concern? She was fine this morning .. I removed her wheel and other toys

Her foot has probably been caught in between the cage bars, this may be permanent damage (it often is in hamsters), if it is the recommendation will be leg amputation ( a very simple surgical procedure in hamsters).
