My hamster broke her leg. Can I give her pain meds before the vet?

What can I give my hamster for pain if she broken her leg until I am able to take her to see vet

Unfortunately nothing, there are no safe OTC pain medications for hamsters. A broken leg is a medical emergency and you should take Wynter into a vet immediately. Please do not wait to do it, as it would cause her suffering, take her to an ER vet now. Best of luck.

    I'm sorry to hear this is happening to Carol. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find anything over the counter that is safe to give a hamster. I would be worried at 2 years old that she has developed a tumor in the spinal cord or some other serious injury. I think a vet visit would be your best option. The doctor can give you an honest opinion as to her condition. I hope this helps. Please post any additional questions you may have.
