Hi I have just seen my hamster has a big black spotty patch on her back... her eye is closed and on closer inspection she has black things all over her body moving. I have put her in a bath and I think it's fleas most of them are off her now and her eye is now open but there coming out of her ear? What can I do???

Your hamster has a parasitic infection and you need to take him to a vet to get a treatment to kill the parasites. They may be mites, and I have used products for cats like Revolution to treat them in small mammals, but you'll likely have to get this from your veterinarian and dose it appropriately.
