Thanks for reaching out about Geoffery and including photos. An inner rear infection is possible, but also dental disease, inner ear inflammation and other possibilities. Are there any emergency veterinary clinics in your area? You can try to apply a warm compress to the side of the face with the goal of reducing inflammation. But an good oral exam by a veterinarian and antibiotics are probably necessary.
Good luck.

Thanks for reaching out about Prosciutto. It would be a good idea to schedule a veterinary visit. Inner ear infection are just on possible cause of a head tilt. Many diseases respond earlier to treatments than after they have developed significantly. Pressure on the ear can also be caused by dental disease, so consult your local veterinarian.
Good luck.
