Be sure that you take her to a vet that is used to treating guinea pigs. There are a many things that could be going on. Most common at her age would be a tooth issue causing her not to be able to chew her food appropriately or an intestinal impaction/constipation. The main thing is to make sure they are eating and going to the bathroom. If you notice any distress or lethargy then I would get them checked by your vet. If they are acting normal and eating and going to the bathroom like normal, all you can do is monitor for the next day or 2 for any changes.
