Is my guinea pig ok? Last week I got 2 babies (around 7 wks old) and one of them has a small crust around the eyes and today when I picked her up to inspect the eyes she had milky liquid coming out. Seems like she is squinting the eye most of the time today and I am a little worried it might be a bacterial infection. Other than that she has no other symptoms (nose is dry, eating normal hay pellets and fresh veggies). Thank you for your help! I don't want to stress her with an unnecessary trip.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.

From what I can see this could be just a bit of hay or an eye bugger. Try to gently wipe it off with a moistened paper towel or cloth. apart frrom that the eye looks normal to me. If you cannot wipe it off and the skin below is changing you will need tp take your guinea pig to a vet for an exam.
