Why is my female rabbit not eating and bleeding? Is it serious?

It isn't normal at all and is probably a sign of a severe gastrointestinal infection, unless you are mistaking and it's actually coming from the urinary tract, in that case it could be a urinary infection. either way it needs to be treated urgently, you need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.

Unspayed female rabbits are at a very high risk of cancer of the uterus, so I would be very worried about that as a possibility for the weight loss. The muddy urine could also be due to high calcium in her diet leading to calcium build-up in the urine. This can cause rabbits to have sludgy urine. It is important to get this checked right away. Your vet will try to empty out the bladder, increase the fluid intake, and get a better diet that is lower in calcium. These signs might be compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation. These signs must be checked as soon as possible as urinary tract infection can be dangerous in rabbits as can lead to stress and degenerate to more systemic signs. Red color could come from the urine but it could also come from the reproductive system. unspayed rabbit can develop uterine cancer and bleeding is not uncommon. you probably need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.

A rabbit that is not eating is an emergency. I would get Skye to a vet that treats rabbits ASAP. I am sorry to hear about Babycakes! If she had blood in her urine I would bring her in to the vet's office as soon as possible. Rabbits can be delicate creatures and the sooner they are seen if sick the better. The vet will examine Babycakes and may try to take a urine sample to check for infection and crystals and recommend an x-ray to check for bladder stones.

Obviously, I cannot tell you for certain what happened, but she could have had uterine cancer that spread to her lungs. This could account for the discharge you saw as well as her difficulty breathing. I just typically see it in rabbits over 3 years of age. She may have also experienced a severe respiratory tract infection. Monitor your male rabbit closely or consider having him checked out by a veterinarian to e sure that he is healthy.
