Gently wash the area with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep it clean and dry, and monitor for signs of infection. If you do see infection (redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, pus), then have Snuggle seen by a vet.

The only thing left is to try to soak it in warm water to see if that helps loosen it. If the nail is broken and side ways it will likely need to be removed and bandaged for 24 hours then let it dry out. This often is enough to let it heal unless it is infected and then you will need antibiotics.
