Why does my turtle have small bumps on its shell? Is it pyramiding?

Hello there, I see some small bumps on my turtle's carapace. Don't know if its shell pyramiding. Please reply as soon as possible (photos provided) Thank you

Those appear to be normal formations on the shell. The ridge can be seen in some sliders but is not a health concern. You can review slider care at the link below.
