My Brazilian rainbow boa has white blisters. Is it an infection?

Upper respiratory infection (URI) in snakes takes a very long time to resolve and it is not likely to resolve without antibiotics. You really need to get him to a vet as soon as they can get you an appointment. There appears to be multiple vet hospitals in your area that will examine/treat reptiles. I suggest you continue to call around. One thing you can do right away is go over all of your husbandry. A URI most often happens because the snake became too cold. Thanks for reaching out about Princess and including photos. These swellings appear to be infected scent glands. Try some warm water soaks to soften, remove substrate such as bark or dirt. Provide a soft clean towel as a substrate, to prevent further contamination. A veterinary visit is highly recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan, as this will most likely need systemic antibiotics to treat. Check and correct husbandry as sub-standard environmental temperatures can possible play a part of this disease process. Good luck.
