Why is my unspayed dog in pain, can't walk, and has a breast lump?

There could be a few things going on with Tiny. If she isn't spayed, she could have a mammary tumor, those are common in unspayed dogs. Even though the lump has gone down, still have it checked out by a vet as 50% of mammary tumors are malignant. While there, the vet can check out her hind leg. She is in pain if she's limping, and she may be painful leading her to stretch a lot. Please take her into the vet in the morning.

I'm not sure if Dhuli is spayed or not. You say she is sterilized in the beginning of your post, but then at the end, you say she went into heat. If she was spayed, she could not go into heat. Intact dogs are prone to mammary tumors, and this may be causing her issues. These lumps look terrible, and I would be very afraid she could have malignant mammary tumors. Please make an appointment to have Tammh seen by a vet as soon as possible. She is likely in pain, and may have a muscular or nerve injury, a fractured bone, a mass, or a foreign body in the leg. Your vet can assess the leg during the physical exam and may recommend x-rays to help determine the cause of Tammh’s limp. Pain medications meant for humans can be very dangerous (and even deadly) for dogs, so I do not recommend giving any to Tammh without consulting with your vet.

Hi. This is a very big mass. If it is firm and painful, this is concerning in an unspayed, older pet is cancer unfortunately. Besides a cancer, other possibilities include infection, cyst, lipoma, a benign mammary tumor, hernia, etc. She should be fully checked out and have the mass sampled to get an answer.
