Why is my senior unspayed dog limping, stretching, with a breast lump?

Poor Lady Bug. Since she is not fixed, my biggest concern is cancer. She could have mammary tumors - approximately 50% are benign and the other 50% are malignant. Whether you are talking about her vulva or anus, she could have a mass on the inside that has grown its way toward the orifice so that you can now see them. These can also be benign or malignant but I would strongly recommend to have a vet look at her. Your vet will be able to help you come up with a plan that will best suit you and Lady Bug’s needs and help make her feel better. I'm not sure if Dhuli is spayed or not. You say she is sterilized in the beginning of your post, but then at the end, you say she went into heat. If she was spayed, she could not go into heat. Intact dogs are prone to mammary tumors, and this may be causing her issues. These lumps look terrible, and I would be very afraid she could have malignant mammary tumors. Poor Sandy. She could have injured herself, may have a cyst, an abscess, or a growth causing the lump and limping. Limping means she is in pain, so please take her into the vet to get examined today.

At her age she most likely has some arthritis that is causing the issue with her legs. Remember, at her age, she is the equivalent to about 87 years old in human years. The lump you are feeling could be any number of things. Your vet should be able to help you sort this out.

I would recomend a vet visit asap for Lillie. Intact female dogs are at a high risk for mammary cancer. Other worries may be organ disease due to her age. She should have a full physical exam and based on those findings a vet may recommend further testing to find out what is going on with Lillie.
