How do I stop my 1-year-old Rottweiler from suddenly pulling?

My rottweiler has never pulled and he just turned a year old and now hes starting to extremely pull

He is reaching maturity at this point and this challenging behavior will continue past 2 years old as he tries to test the boundaries and become the one in charge. If you let him get away with such, it will only get worse. The best thing to do is reward him when he does not, and give him treats to encourage this behavior. Make sure if he does you make him stop and sit and calm down and keep doing this until he learns he will not get to go anywhere until he does it correctly

You can also look into getting him a pinch collar or gentle leader or halti. The latter two go around the nose, so every time he pulls, it pulls his nose between his legs and forces him to stop or go backwards.
