Hi I have a ten month old staff cross German shepherd and he always barks at other people and gets aggressive so it's hard to have any visitors round or take him. Outside for a walk

Use a head harness such as the Gentle Leader or Halti. Either will allow you for more control and quick corrections. A gentle tug will cause Mustard to establish eye contact with you so you can draw his attention away from the stimuli and easily correct him.
You will need to gradually acclimate him to one person at a time on "neutral" ground. This is anywhere that isn't home or his territory. Once he accepts one person, slowly introduce another and another. Use praise and rewards as he progresses. Be patient but be firm with him.
Neutering him may or may not help with the aggressive tendencies (depending on who you ask), however, it has other benefits, so it should be considered. Discuss your concerns with your veterinarian or a certified veterinary behaviorist before making a decision.
