Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 30.864722 lbs
My Shih Tzu, 4 years, doesn't want to eat nor drink. Body temperature decreased to 36°. The more confusing thing is she always wanna go to cold place like bathroom. Even Vets around me can't explain the reason, they also confused with it. She likes to put her mouth above the water, and hide her face on the corner of the wall. Blood test result no need to be worried, the vets said. No signs of tumors, strokes, inflammatory, poisoning, trauma, canine distemper, etc.

Decreased appetite and lethargy can be caused by a number of things. Possibilities include pancreatits, gastroenteritis, foreign body ingestion, infection, toxin exposure, or other diseases such as liver or kidney disease. It is really hard to say which of these is most likely without doing a physical exam of Chichay and having a more in-depth discussion. Because she isn't feeling well, I recommend that you take her to a vet as soon as possible. Bloodwork and possibly abdominal x-rays would be a good place to start in ruling out some of the above possibilities.
