What colors can my Shih Tzu see? What color toys are best for him?

It is thought cats can see some colors though not the spectrum that humans can see. It is easier for a cat to differentiate blues, violets and yellow over reds and greens. If a cat shows a preference to a certain toy, it is likely the shape or odor that is attractive instead of color.

As long as she doesn't have any food intolerances or allergies, you can feed Klovy any type of dry dog food that is formulated for adult maintenance. Hi there, Ingestion tennis ball pieces could certainly cause a problem. This behavior unfortunately isn't likely to change. I would try switching to the KONG balls. Some dogs just do not enjoy that and will not play with them as much. You can try to get other toys to see if Ginger becomes interested but ultimately she may decide to not use them and that is not necessarily an issue. Have a good night!

Great question! Many dogs of any age enjoy enrichment toys that are either balls that bounce unpredictably or puzzle toys that release small treats. Peanut and his friend are still pretty agile, a good game of fetch or playing "hide and seek" with a toy can be a lot fun for everyone. You have two options in this case. You can take Toby into a vet now to have vomiting induced to get the toy out. Or you can watch him. If you see signs of obstruction, including vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, or lethargy, have him seen by a vet immediately. Best of luck.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If Shiro isn’t holding the eye closed or acting painful and there isn’t yellow-green discharge you can just monitor the eye. It could simply be allergies. If the eye is painful he sadly should be seen to make sure their isn’t a scratch, uveitis or glaucoma. I hope this help and I hope you have a good holiday!
