Since she is so small you could bathe her in a sink or bath tub. Make sure the water is not too hot and use a mild, gentle shampoo for dogs. Try not to get too much water in her ears since she is just recovering from an infection. I have never used the Garret Larriet aromatherapy shampoo but it looks like a good product.

Try to not pour water over her head and you can put cotton balls in the ears. This will not create a waterproof barrier but can help to absorb small amounts of water. Just remember to remove them after the bath!

Hylyt shampoo may be helpful in a dog with atopic dermatitis. My preference is a shampoo and creme rinse called Epi-Soothe which contains colloidal oatmeal. A dog's skin pH is more neutral than human skin pH, 7.5 compared to human 5.5. For this reason, most dog shampoos range between 6.5 to 7.5 pH to prevent dry skin or irritation.
