My senior dog has red, soft growths on her leg and eye. What are they?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female

I rescued a dog,female approx 10 years old.She has a red soft growth on her leg/paw area.She also has the same type of growth in her eye area.Any idea what it could be? It is red and spongey

This could be a benign skin mass like a wart or a lipoma or could be something more serious like a mast cell tumor. My best recommendation is to take Mara to the veterinarian so a fine needle aspirate and cytology can be performed. This will help your veterinarian determine the cell type of origin and decide if the masses need to be removed.
