My senior dog has multiple symptoms. What could be the diagnosis?

Hello, I'm looking for a diagnosis for my dog ​​Kida. Attached is a photo of the medical history.

I’m sorry to hear that your dog is going through so much and does not show any improvement. Based on what you are describing and the lack of positive test results, I am concerned that Kida may have a brain tumor. This would explain the wide range of symptoms she is showing.     Hi, I also wanted to ask you if Kida has been tested for Leishmania and if Leishmania is endemic in your area. Leishmania can cause kidney disease and cutaneous lesions and uveitis Everything Lauren has mentioned in her answer is absolutely right, and obviously age is also a bit of a concern.. hope she can getter better soon !
