Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | spayed
I have a 7 year old mini pincher and she has these episodes where she seems to be dizzy and she’ll just lay down and do nothing and she’ll be very skittish, like you could raise your hand up to scratch your head and she’ll flinch, but it doesn’t happen all the time, but sometimes she throws up and it’s a yellow color. Do you know what it could be?

Hello-
Morgan could be having nausea due to eating something, an infection, inflammation of her stomach or other causes. The breathing heavy could be from exertion from the vomiting but could also indicate aspiration, where the vomit is inhaled which can be very serious.
I recommend withholding food and water while Morgan is still vomiting and watching her closely. If her breathing gets worse she should see a veterinarian ASAP. Otherwise I would monitor her and if no improvement in a few hours contact your veterinarian to set up an exam.
