What could be the cause of seizing my 10 year old chihuahua? At the end of November, she was attacked by a coyote. She had to learn how to rewalk as she suffered spinal cord damage. She also has developed tumors on her stomach-I have an appointment with the vet to see if they’re cancerous. Then, she suffered a seizure. She eats well, walks well, uses the restroom well, and sleeps well. Could she have a brain tumor? Or are the seizures due to spinal injury? How do I reassure her during a seizure?

The only way to help her is to get her to a vet for an exam and some blood testing. Seizures are serious. There are medications available to help her. You cannot let her go on like this. Every seizure can cause more damage to her brain, organs and body.
