How to safely remove ticks from my dog's sensitive eyelids?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old

Oscar have ticks on his eyelids. How to remove them. When I try to pick them he immediately closes his eyes and ticks disappears.

Ouch! Poor baby! They are in a very sensitive area and he may need to be sedated to have the removed. You could try applying advantix on him which will sometimes make them die and detach by the only concern I have is if it takes a few days tha he could develop damage o the eyes themselves so I think going to the vet to have them removed isna better idea. I hope this helps!
