How to safely remove eggs stuck tightly to my puppy's skin and fur?

If the poop is just stuck to the fur I would recommend either soaking it to get it off or if you have a dog clipper (like a groomer uses, not scissors) and clip it off. Your dog is so cute! He looks like a young puppy, and it's best for me to know his age so I can know if it's safe to recommend specific medication to treat him. There are certain ages at which puppies can receive flea medications, and it's not safe to give them to puppies below a certain age. You can post again with more details about his age, but I can recommend bathing him in Dawn dish soap. That's safe to do for even young puppies.

Try putting some mayonnaise or coconut oil into the fur; the oils will soften the stickiness of the marshmallow. Then use a fine tooth comb to get it out. It may be tedious but it should work. I like to use a flea comb dipped in a solution of dawn dish soap to comb off the fleas. That is safe and dipping the flea comb in the soapy water will kill the fleas. I would comb them daily and manually remove the ticks. All puppies get intestinal parasites from their Mom. Giving nemex every two weeks once they are four weeks old will take care of them. You can apply Advantage to the mother and place a drop on each pup when they are six weeks old to kill the fleas. The best way to treat puppies this young is with a warm bath and some dawn dish soap. You can't really use any flea treatments on them. However you should, and can treat the mother. You should also wash any bedding and make sure that you keep the puppies free of fleas at all times. After bathing make sure to dry them thoroughly. They are still too young to control their body temp.
