Bruno needs to be "de-ticked", ie you need to take off the ticks. He also may be infected with sarcoptes mites (they make a bad smell and he would lose hair). You need to take him to a pet doctor for an exam and treatment. You can do preventive treatment against ticks and mites with a medicine called "Bravecto". Your pet doctor will likely have it in stock (if you are in a large city). Otherwise treatment against mites would be avermectin injections. Your vet may also recommend another tick preventive if Bravecto is not available.
