My dog has duct tape stuck to his belly. How to remove it safely?

You need to put oil on the fur where the duct tape is attached, you can use mineral oil or Vaseline, if you don't have any olive oil will also do. then slowly and gently try to separate the duct tape. it may take some time and patience but it will come off eventually.

I am sorry but I am afraid there isn't a good solution to get it out. You can try baby oil to help it unstick from the skin but I think the best solution would be to take him to your vet and have them clip it out.
