I typically deworm every 2 weeks, starting from age 2 weeks all the way to 16 weeks. Make sure to weight them each time prior to administering, so that you are giving them the correct dose. But in the meantime, you can go to any pet retailer & pick up several safe & common dewormers such as Pyrantel pamoate, or Safeguard wormer.
