My puppy has lost so much weight, won’t eat, vomits, has been lazy. Checked his poop, and he has worms.. what do I do?

I recommend taking Olaf to the vet sometime soon. Worms are commonly seen with puppies and can cause some of the problems you described, but it's not typical for them to cause this many problems. It's possible that the worms are a coincidental finding and that something else is causing Olaf to be sick and loose weight. The vet will be able to identify and treat for the worms; and can help identify if there is any other cause for this problem.
Puppies can quickly get dangerously skinny during these conditions, so I recommend taking Olaf to the vet in the next day or two to keep things from getting worse.
I hope that helps and Olaf gets better soon.
