Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Koko!
The blood in the vomit is from ulceration or irritation of the stomach lining. Since Koko is now vomiting blood and it has been 2 days I would recommend a vet exam, blood work, a fecal and X-rays of his belly.
Causes of vomiting are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, pancreatitis, food allergy or intolerance, ate something that is disagreeing with him, foreign body ingestion (something is stuck and needs surgery to remove).
I hope this helps and I wish Koko a speedy recovery!
