Pet's info: Dog | Miniature American Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 17 days old | 24 lbs
My dog is an 8 month mini aussie. She's throwing up orange foam and has liquid orange diarrhea. She hasn't eaten in 24 hours and hasn't had anything to drink in 12. Her poop was mushy on saturday but it has progressed to uncontrollable liquid diarrhea. The vomiting started yesterday afternoon and she's thrown up two more times since then. Does she need to go to the vet?

Maddie should see a veterinarian asap. A puppy can easily become dehydrated and hypoglycemic with vomitting and diarrhea. This could be caused by parvo virus, parasites, intestinal obstruction. Any of these could be life threatening, so I recommend a visit this weekend to an emergency veterinarian.
