My puppy is vomiting, not eating, and screaming. What should I do?

Oscar vomits and not eating and screaming as well. Why?

Oscar sounds like he is extremely sick and in a lot of pain if he's vomiting, not eating, and screaming. Without seeing him in person, I can't diagnose him definitively, but it could be due to a foreign body, a severe GI illness, eating something toxic or rotten, or parvovirus if he's not fully vaccinated. Whatever the cause, it's an emergency that he's behaving this way and he needs veterinary attention now in person to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. Please take Oscar into a vet now.

If Oscar is still vomiting after medication then this would concern me quite a bit. He may have an intestinal obstruction, stomach ulcer or infection (parvovirus if he is not yet vaccinated). The reddish foam is most likely blood caused by irritation to the esophagus from constant vomiting. I would highly recommend getting Oscar back to the vet for further testing to determine the underlying cause and get him treated right away! Poor puppy, hopefully he recovers soon with appropriate treatment. He may need to go home with medications, instead of just receiving injections at the vet to help him recover.
For now I would recommend only giving Oscar a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese until you can get him in to the vet for a follow-up.

Vocalizing at this age can be a sign of serious illness and I would recommend taking him to an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible. He may have an infection or he may be in pain. Any other symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, nasal discharge, coughing or trouble breathing could be significant and if present could help determine what might be wrong. If he is not eating or drinking he could also be significantly dehydrated - young puppies can become dehydrated quickly. Good luck!

Poor Puchku sounds pretty sick at the moment! I'm not sure if he is vaccinated or not, but if he isn't, he could be suffering form parvo. He could also have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. I would have him seen by a vet for these symptoms. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms and can treat him for it. I hope this helps!

Poor Handsome! The shivering could be from pain or fever. He does sound like he is quite ill. If he is continually throwing up, I'd be concerned that he has a severe GI illness, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I'm not sure of his vaccination status, but if he isn't vaccinated, parvovirus could be causing this as well. I recommend taking him into your vet now because he sounds so ill. Your vet can give him a shot to help him stop vomiting, and can diagnose what is causing his symptoms. Your vet can also start treatment to help him feel better. I understand being scared and sad, it's awful to see your pet sick. Taking him to your vet will help you be less scared and sad, as you will be getting help for him.

It sounds as your puppy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
