Why is my puppy vomiting, has a floppy ear, and swollen eyes?

This may be from an allergic reaction from a bite or sting or something in the environment. In severe cases, vomiting and lethargy can occur and be related. However being a puppy, he does need to be seen by a vet to make sure there is nothing else going on such as a viral infection that is causing the vomiting and lethargy, parvo. Your vet can examine him and check for parvo if needed and determine if it is all a reaction or something else

I recommend getting your pet in to be seen by your veterinarian right away. Vomiting and lethargy together are very concerning and can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance as well as low blood sugar. The swollen eye may or may not have anything to do with the vomiting. He could be having an allergic reaction. He might have eaten something that either disagreed with him or something that has gotten stuck somewhere in his gastrointestinal tract. He could be sore from a hidden injury you are unaware of, he could have been exposed to some sort of toxin or irritant in his environment or this could be early signs of another condition or disease process. Your pet may need IV fluids to help support his/her system and to be fasted at the same time in order to give the gut a rest. Your vet can do an exam, blood work and possibly x-rays to determine the cause of the illness and suggest an effective treatment plan.

I think most likely with Leo this would be due to the ear either being painful, or an inner ear infection. The red eye could be due to a bit of trauma, or an insect bite. This could also have caused the swelling of the ear. Either way it sounds like he is in pain, so I would recommend having him to a vet. It's probably an ear infection, often it cannot be seen from the outside. Ear infections are very common in dogs, it is usually caused by either yeast or bacterial disease. the treatment is usually simple and straightforward, you will have to take him to the vet and get the ears checked, then a prescription ear drops will be prescribed according to the infectious agent. The ball on the side of the neck is probably a swollen lymph node, this should go down with the antibiotic treatment.

Poor Willow! This white pus in his eyes are a sign of an eye infection, and he has to see a vet immediately for it. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with them should be considered an emergency. Leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Willow into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now. While there, the vet can investigate the cause of his vomiting, which can certainly be caused by eating something he shouldn't, as well as parvovirus, GI illness, or a foreign body.
