Can petco vets pull my puppy's titer's to check for immunity or is is unnecessary if I don't know what she's had for vaccines? & how much would lab work cost?

If you are unsure if vaccine status then you will need vaccines instead of titers. You have to have proof of a rabies and most states do it accept titers for rabies. It is more expensive for titers compared to vaccines but any vet can do this for you in the future

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Lilo is super cute!
If Lilo had all her puppy shots that ended around 4 months of age then she will be due for boosters around 1 year 4 months. The vaccines that are usually due are the DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvo and parainfluenza) and Rabies. If you had an elective or extra vaccines done like Leptospirosis, Bordatella, Lyme of canine influenza they would be due as well. If she never had vaccines before then she would need a Rabies and two DHPP vaccines 3 weeks a part.
I hope this helps!
