My puppy is regurgitating a little bit of food after she eats and naps. It just comes up. She is still playful and eating and drinking. What's wrong?

Different problems come to mind when a dog regurgitates (food/bile/foam just pours out of the mouth suddenly) vs. vomiting (an active retching component). Video of your dog's episodes will be very helpful to your veterinarian to know what your puppy is doing.
True regurgitation in this young of a puppy is suspicious for a congenital condition (PRAA, megaesophagus, etc). Vomiting is suspicious for foreign object ingestion, infection (parvo, parasites, etc), and many other causes.
I recommend a recheck exam with your vet to discuss that the nausea medications and bland diet aren't working. They can watch your video and discuss the next best steps with you.
