My 4-month beagle puppy is too thin. Should I give calcium for weight?

My 4 month female beagle doesn't have bone size her legs and face is very thin. What to do? I am giving 5ml calcium syrup and her weight is 3.800kg. Please help me with this.how to gain weight in legs and face

Supplementing calcium will not change her bones and could even be harmful for joint development - if she has a slight build it is likely genetic. If she is underweight then weight gain might help with her appearance but it may not change the shape of her head or legs much.
